Immo Böhm (Managing Member - Namibia)
Immo holds a BSc degree from the University of Stellenbosch and an MBA from the University of Luton in the UK. Previously, Immo was active in the agricultural, tourism and retail industries.
Immo has vast experience in operations and logistics management, inventory optimization, business process reengineering and workflow design. The implementation of a 180 user site at Cymot has given Immo in depth experience of the implementation process, the details of functionality in each HansaWorld module, as well as the technical issues involved in deploying HansaWorld. Immo also completed an advanced programming course on HansaWorld. He has successfully established and run a number of small businesses.
Ruaan Smith (Managing Member - South Africa)
Ruaan brings with him extensive experience and skills in Accounting and Business IT systems.
He previously held positions as Accountant at a furniture group listed on the Johannesburg and Namibian Stock exchange as well as Team Leader with PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he was responsible for the accounts of some 200 small and medium companies. Ruaan is busy with his MBA thesis that explores the correlation and cause of pre- and post-implementation consulting costs in ERP systems.
Rikus Grobler (Managing Member - Sales)
Rikus holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Industrial) from the University of Stellenbosch and an Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Previously, Rikus was active in manufacturing, operations management and ERP solutions consulting. Rikus has extensive experience in operations management, project management and ERP implementations, especially the products offered by SAP. Rikus is busy with his MBA, and plans to do his thesis on bottom-line benefits of implementing ERP systems.
Tobias van der Westhuizen (Consultant)
Tobie joined us in 2006. In 2007, he explored the world, mostly working in the UK. Tobie holds a B.Compt degree from the University of South Africa. His previous experience includes work at BDO Spencer Stewart, and Logista Auditors. He was also the Accountant for a Hotel in Hout bay for a while. He's currently busy with Level 1 of the CIMA qualification.
Albert Mouton (Consultant)
Albert holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Namibia. He has received numerous accollades in various business, customer care and accounting related fields in his carrer so far.
Albert has worked for Standard Bank and MTC and has also been with PricewaterhouseCoopers for three years.
Albert also won the Employee of the Year Award in 2007!
Victor Nghifindaka (Developer)
Victor holds a National Diploma in Business Computing from the Polytechnic of Namibia.
His previous experience includes work at the Office of the Prime Minister of Namibia as an Analyst Programmer. Victor has experience on various development platforms. He is certified in MS SQL Server 2000 DB Administration, Self Development: Motivating yourself to perform, and Internet Webmaster.
Victor also completed an advanced programming course on HansaWorld. He’s currently busy with his thesis towards a Bachelor of Technology in Business Computing.
Hilke Kruger (Marketing & Adminstration)
Hilke holds a B Com degree from the University of Pretoria, as well as a Higher Education Diploma.
Hilke held positions in Office Administration and Marketing at Namibia Beverages and the International Development Consultancy, and has also taught Economics and Business Management Studies at Windhoek High School.
Lie-ani Hess (Adminisitration & Consulting)
Lie-ani joined us as a Junior Consultant and has
experience of payroll administration and all related
tasks. She also has 2 and a half years of auditing and accounting
related experience which will add to the consulting and administration
capacity of our team. She has extensive experience
in taxation registration, submission and objection of VAT, PAYE and Income tax for individuals, Closed Corporations and Companies.
Kaylene Maas (Sales Consultant)
Kaylene joined us as a Senior Sales Consultant with more
than 7 years work experience at Sun Microsystems in the Netherlands.
She is responsibile for managing the increasing referral partner channel of our South African office as well as playing an instrumental role in establishing new branches of Afresh Consult countrywide. Her experience in establishing the Czech Republic office and the training of staff at Sun will also add value to the operations of the firm.
Anthony Graham (Consultant)
Anthony joined us in October as an implementation consultant,
after a year as a support consultant at Intelligent Artifacts.
Anthony brings with him invaluable support experience. Anthony
is responsible for future HansaWorld implementations, training
and support for our customers. He will also be implementing
the Voice Over Internet Protocol suite of products from
HansaWorld, collectively known as HansaWorld BusinessPhone.
Anthony also develops customer specific solutions in HansaWorld Application Language.
