Key Implementation phases


Research - you research possible solutions and vendors (this involves a detailed demonstration of HansaWorld)
Decision - you decide on a product to implement - hopefully this is a HansaWorld solution
Kick-off Meeting - a meeting is held between your key staff members and the Afresh Consult team to establish a timeframe for the next phases
Project Design - this constitutes a formal document which details the resources needed, timeframe and responsibilities of team members involved
Needs Analysis Workshops - these are held to determine the needs of the client
Solution Design - this constitutes a formal document detailing how the clients needs can best be addressed in HansaWorld to achieve the best possible outcome.
Specification Design - once the Solutions have been agreed upon, the implementation partners write detailed specification for programmers to build the solutions if necessary.
Build Phase - the system is setup and customizations are written
Testing - detailed testing of the system in its future environment
Training - Training of all staff involved in the new HansaWorld solution with detailed training documents, tasks and tests
GO LIVE - switching from the old  work routine to the new system
Hand-Holding - HansaWorld staff will be available for support to ensure a smooth transition to your new HansaWorld Solution.
